to extend the existing reception team we need reception guides. Reception guide is a very important job. They will show arriving participants the right way thru reception and guide day visitors to the proper parking area.

For the utility-team, enthusiasts are wanted with skills in electrical and sanitary installation or radio and telephone communications. Jobs are the installation and hook up of sinks and water supply, electricity and water lines and distribution systems. We also need help for monitoring the waste dispoasal, controlling of waste water lines, emptying waste water tanks and call the waste disposal company.

Musicians performing on stage need to be guided and supported. The Guide picks them up at the reception, guides them to their parking space, shows them changing rooms, gets them drinks, coordinates times in case of delays, spreads good humour, and takes them back to the reception wherethey get their money.

Your job is to light the bonfire, watch it at all times so that it neither gets out of hand nor lacks firewood, make sure noone is burning harmful or polluting stuff, have fire extinguishers ready. You also must check that noone starts burning baloons as theose are prohibited on the airport.

Monitoring the observing of site rules, especially that dogs must be leashed at all times and their droppings must be removed by the owners instantly; night watch, vehicle inspection, checking thefences, keeping escape roads open at all times.
Garbage removal - Teamleader: NN.
You pick up garbage from the collection sites according to a fixed schedule and take it to the garbage container. A vehicle is provided by the organisers. After the meeting, the site must be cleaned and all garbage must be taken to the garbage container.
